Bleaching and flat irons break the disulphide bonds that hold a hair fibre together, this treatment rebuilds them from the inside rather than coating the outside. The difference is felt at the wet comb-through, before you even leave the basin.
Who it suits
- Bleached, highlighted or heat-damaged hair
- Hair that snaps at mid-length or feels like cotton when wet
- Booked with a colour appointment, or on its own every six weeks
What happens
- Diagnosis of porosity along the strand, root to tip
- Two-step bond builder, with heat, twenty minutes under the lamp
- Sealing rinse, then a rough dry so you feel the change
Good to know
Added to a colour appointment it is €32 instead of the standalone price. Three sessions six weeks apart are what rebuild badly damaged lengths, one is a good day, three is a repair.
